Brush Farm Dog Training Club ‘s Covid 19 PLAN OF Action for the wellbeing of CLUB Training participants at our facility at Brush Farm Park Eastwood .

  • The Club and our officials and Instructors and participants shall follow all State and Local & facility guidelines that apply to our area and be fully Vaccinated for the return to training on Sunday the 24th of October 2021
  • All officials and participants will provide their names & a contact phone number or e-mail address upon entry to the training grounds, by use of the QR.code or manually which will be recorded by a Club Officer for “Contact Tracing” if necessary. The records shall be retained by the club & filed for each training session and will be retained by the club for a period of 28 days
  • All officials & Participants will practice social distancing consistent with current guidelines in effect at the time and avoid congregating
  • All Participants shall be prepared to be self –sufficient , bring your own hand sanitizer , face mask, chairs, tea, coffee, refreshments, writing material incl pens
  • All Participants may wear face masks when in close proximity to others where the current rules apply and must be worn at all times within the clubhouse
  • All Participants incl Committee & Instructors will have their membership card stamped to indicate their Vaccination status upon producing their Vaccination certificate and will be visibly checked by the instructor prior to the commencement of their class
  • Participants will wash their hand regularly
  • All Participants will avoid shaking hands , hugging or other physical contact
  • Participants will avoid touching dogs that are not their responsibility especially within the vicinity of the clubhouse
  • Participants will avoid using common use pens and pencils – bring your own
  • Participants will avoid using common use areas, table ,chairs, etc,bring your own
  • The club officials shall enforce the above guidelines if necessary
  • Members are advised to use the EFTPOS facilities for membership fees and the correct change for canteen supplies. No tea nor Coffee will be sold
  • Member will be required to enter via the Entrance sign and leave via the marked Exit
  • Training equipment will be sanitized regularly during training and the use of disposable gloves is recommended
  • Training groups shall not exceed the maximum amount of persons allowed by Government guidelines which means participants will proceed directly to their current location of their class
  • Each Training Group will remain at least 10 meters apart
  • Where Stand-for- Examination takes place the Instructor will consult with the handler as to their preferene ie examine their own dog or have only the instructor examine the dog
  • Visitors will be discouraged from attending training sessions and if in attendance will remain outside the Training area
  • The added requirement for entry to the Training Grounds will be that all in attendance will obey the instructions from the Club officials
